- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆There is a reason they offer money to people to start an account, it because they can't keep customers. They will not answer the phone at any time of the day, you just get a recording that says call back, which they will not answer. I have been with them for 10yrs and they still don't help anyone out. Hidden fees, yes they will pay you money to open an account but they also will get it right back off of you... I have been one with security breaches one there end. Bottom line.
